Interplex Singapore was incorporated in 1994 to manufacture precision metal stamping, tool, die design & fabrication, an extension of manufacturing complex parts and assemblies operation started in 1958. Reel-to-reel electrolystic plating was started in 1997.
In 2007, the molding solution was added to the South East Asia group. Specialized in integrated stamping, electroplating, reel-to-reel insert molding solutions. Specializing in leadframe and packaging applications for the automotive, computer, connector, semiconductor, sensor, alternative energy and telecommunications markets.
